Manoj Bajpayee
Manoj Bajpayee is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Hindi cinema alongside working in some Telugu and Tamil language films. In ‘The Family Man’ web series, he plays the protagonist Srikant Tiwari.
He is a highly acclaimed actor known for his versatile acting skills and intense performances in films such as Gangs of Wasseypur (2012), Special 26 (2013), and Veer-Zaara (2004) among many more. He has received two Filmfare Awards and two National Film Awards.
Bajpayee was awarded the Padma Shri in 2019. Other than his work in the film industry, Bajpayee is famously known for his philanthropic efforts. He is actively involved in various charitable and social causes, including healthcare and education. He is even a strong advocate for environmental protection and has voiced his concerns regarding the condition of migrants during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Priyamani
Priyamani plays the role of Srikant’s wife – Suchitra Tiwari. She is an actress who has appeared in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi films. She can be seen in popular South Indian movies such as Raam (2009), Pranchiyettan & the Saint (2010), Raavan (2010), Chaarulatha (2012), and Idolle Ramayana (2016).
Priyamani is best known for her performance in the Tamil language drama Paruthiveeran (2007), where she plays a village girl Muththazhagu, for which she earned rave reviews and widespread recognition. She has earned the prestigious National Film Award and Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress.
Sharib Hashmi
Sharib Hashmi is an actor, writer, producer and director who works dominantly in the Hindi cinema. Born into a middle-class family from Malad, Mumbai, Sharib’s father was a noted film journalist. Sharib is best known for portraying J.K. Talpade in ‘The Family Man’ and Sunny in ‘Filmistaan’.
Shreya Dhanwanthary
An actress, model, and author associated with Telugu and Hindi language films and web series, Shreya Dhanwanthary got her big break in 2019 with the character of Zoya for Amazon’s Prime Video web series – The Family Man. Later, she gained much widespread critical acclaim for her Sony LIV’s web series Scam 1992 (2020) in which she portrayed the character of journalist Sucheta Dalal.
In addition to her acting career, Shreya is also a writer and author of the novel ‘Fade to White’, which was published in 2016. She even wrote, produced, directed, and acted in the first-of-its-kind Zoom show called ‘A Viral Wedding’.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu
A popular Indian film actress and model, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, works predominantly in the South Indian film industry – mainly Tamil and Telugu industries. She started her acting career with Gautam Menon’s Ye Maya Chesave. She then went on to act in more than 40 movies within a span of 11 years!
Samantha is popular for her roles in Eega, Mahanati, Dookudu, Super Deluxe, Rangasthalam, Oh! Baby and many more. She has received several awards – four Filmfare Awards, four South Indian International Movie Awards, two Nandi Awards, and three CineMAA Awards.
She has recently been added to the star cast of Amazon Prime Video’s The Family Man season 2, and has garnered global attention.
Apart from the life of cinema, she runs an NGO, known as Pratyusha Support, which provides medical support to women and children. She also runs a progressive early learning school, which is an Early Learning Center called Ekam.
