Creator Puneet Krishna and director Gurmeet Singh have announced the release of Mirzapur: The Film. The 1.30-minute-long video that was released hinted at the most anticipated return of Munna Tripathi, played by Divyendu Sharma, whose character was killed off in Season 2 of Mirzapur.
Mirzapur Film is scheduled for release in cinemas in 2026. Following the nationwide theatrical release, Mirzapur will also be available for streaming to its Prime members in India and more than 240 countries and territories eight weeks post its release.
