Amazon Prime Video India’s – Citadel: Honey Bunny comes from the world of Citadel – the first series in the franchise starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden.
Directed by Raj and DK, Citadel: Honey Bunny follows a Bollywood stuntman called Bunny, and a struggling actor called Honey. The series shows how these two main characters become entangled in the world of spying.
Citadel: Honey Bunny serves as a prequel to the first series of Citadel of the US. Apart from Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles, we also get to see Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar and Kashvi Majmundar in the show.

Varun Dhawan
Varun Dhawan is the son of film director David Dhawanone and one of India’s highest-paid actors. His career started as an assistant director in Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan (2010).
He made his acting debut in 2012 with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year and rose to prominence with leading roles in Main Tera Hero (2014), Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014), Dilwale (2015), Judwaa 2 (2017), and Sui Dhaaga (2018).
Varun Dhawan as Rahi Gambhir, or Bunny, in Citadel: Honey Bunny is solid. The action sequences that he performs are impressive with great dialogue delivery.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu
An Indian actress, Samantha has predominantly appeared in Telugu and Tamil films. While pursuing a degree in commerce, she had a brief career phase as a model. After this, she made her acting debut in the hit Telugu romance film Ye Maaya Chesave (2010).
Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Honey in Citadel: Honey Bunny is a pure treat for the eyes. She has a fine screen presence and performs her action stunts like a professional.
Kashvi Majumdar
Child actor Kashvi Majmundar plays the character of young Nadia and is the daughter of Honey and Bunny. The way she brings her character to life is impressive. She portrays the fearless, brave, and sharp girl, laying the foundation for Priyanka’s main lead (Nadia Sinh) in the franchise.
Kashvi Majmundar is the pick of the actors. Her Nadia brings the much-needed softness and simplicity to the world of Citadel.
Kay Kay Menon
Krishna Kumar Menon, or “Kay Kay” Menon, who works mainly in Hindi cinema, also has a few Gujarati, Tamil, Marathi, and Telugu films in his assemblage. He is best known for his roles in Black Friday (2004), Deewar (2004), Sarkar (2005), Gulaal (2009), Haider (2014), Baby (2015). He has starred in web series such as Farzi, Special Ops, The Railway Men, and others.
Kay Kay Menon is Vishwa in Citadel: Honey Bunny and is the leader of the spy group. He turned Bunny’s life around when he picked him up from the orphanage and brought him up with love and care. Due to this, Bunny is loyal and devoted to him and lovingly calls him “Baba”. The main aim of Vishwa is to bring down “Operation Talwar”, and in the process, sabotage a rival spy organization – “Citadel”.
The other supporting cast members – Sikandar Kher, Simran, and Saqib Saleem are endearing to watch. Soham Majumdar and Shivankit Singh Parihar as Ludo and Chacko respectively, and Shashank Vyas as Vivek or V Uncle are great too.
